Return & Exchange Policy
At The Ether Garden, each candle is handcrafted in small batches and carefully inspected before shipment. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are part of what makes each piece unique.
Returns
We accept returns of unused and unburned candles within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The candle must be unused, unburned, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at TheEtherGarden@gmail.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund for eligible claims.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Burned or used candles
- Items damaged through normal use or misuse
- Gift cards
- Clearance, seasonal, or limited-edition items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
